1. Nature of Platform & Non-Advisory Disclaimer

PakProperty Invest provides curated real estate marketing, project discovery, and investment information services. We do not act as licensed financial advisors, portfolio managers, or legal conveyancers. All property figures, starting prices, foreign currency conversions, and projected rental yields are provided for informational and discovery purposes only and do not constitute a financial guarantee.

2. Verification & Independent Due Diligence

While we verify municipal NOC approvals (CDA, LDA, SBCA, RDA) and developer track records prior to listing, real estate values and construction timelines remain subject to market conditions, material costs, and regulatory approvals. Prospective investors are strongly encouraged to conduct independent title searches and consult tax counsel in their country of residence.

3. Direct Developer Contracts & Banking

All final purchase and sale agreements, allotment letters, and title deeds are executed directly between the buyer and the developer. All booking and installment funds must be remitted directly into developer escrow bank accounts via authorized banking channels (e.g. Roshan Digital Accounts or SWIFT transfers).
